Bulk Liquid Storage

Inter Pipeline's bulk liquid storage business segment is the fourth largest independent storage business in Europe with 12 deep-water terminals and approximately 650 tanks providing 19 million barrels of storage.

Terminals in the United Kingdom, Germany and Ireland provide storage and distribution facilities for a wide range of liquids including chemicals, biofuels and waste oils with the ability to receive and distribute products by ship, rail, truck or pipeline. In Denmark, four deep draft coastal terminals are located on the Danish Straits, providing build bulk, break bulk and custom blending services for distillates and fuel oil products. The Danish terminals are strategically located to act as a storage hub for the transhipment of petroleum products within northern Europe.

As of January 1, 2015, bulk liquid storage operations in the United Kingdom, Germany and Ireland that previously operated as Simon Storage Limited have been rebranded as Inter Terminals, aligning the brand with that of Inter Pipeline's operations in Denmark.
