Apply online for the position by submitting your application. We receive many applications which are all reviewed individually. If your qualifications match those outlined in the position, you may be shortlisted for a phone interview within a few weeks. The phone interview can last up to an hour, depending on the role.
Following the initial phone interviews, we assess and shortlist for cultural and technical fit. If you qualify, you will be invited for a sit down with the hiring team for a face to face interview. Once we decide on a final candidate, we will reach out to conduct the reference check process.
Unsuccessful candidates will receive communication to inform them we will not be moving forward with their application.

Looking for a career at the Heartland Petrochemical Complex?
We are building Canada's first integrated PDH and PP complex. The Heartland Petrochemical Complex will be designed to convert locally sourced, low-cost propane into 525,000 tonnes per year of polypropylene, a high value, easy to transport plastic used in the manufacturing of a wide range of finished products.Consisting of a propane dehydrogenation (PDH) and a polypropylene (PP) facility, the Heartland Petrochemical Complex will cost approximately $3.5 billion and will be located in Strathcona county, Alberta near Inter Pipeline’s existing Redwater Olefinic Fractionator.
The amount of direct and indirect jobs created for Canadians over the four-year construction period will top 13,000. There are many construction opportunities being hired through our contractor Kiewet. As well, Inter Pipeline expects to hire up to 200 full-time positions until construction completes in late 2021.
